Ir-Razzett L-Antik (Qormi)

1743’ IR-RAZZETT L-ANTIK -This Farmhouse, which has a 300-year old history behind it, lies in the heart of the medieval village of Qormi.  It was originally built to grind wheat into flour and this flour was then taken to nearby bakeries and transformed into Maltese bread, which formed an important part of the Maltese diet.

‘1743’ Ir-Razzett l-Antik has retained almost all original features, which have remained untouched in the course of its restoration.

On the Top Floor of this Farmhouse, a multipurpose hall (Is-Sala l-Kbira) is available, together with adjoining rooms which can be used for various purposes.

Is-Sala l-Kbira itself, can seat 120 pax in theatre-style.  Professional audio-equipment is also available on demand.  The adjoining room can be used as a kitchen.  Two other rooms can be used as meeting/break-out rooms, with a capacity of 20 pax in boardroom style.  There is also a quaint terrace overlooking the courtyard.  The whole area can also be transformed into an Art Gallery or an Exhibition Hall.
